Https 500 error

  My website was published but then I activated a new theme and now I cannot access my website. Each time I try to go to my site, I keep getting this error message ‘https 500 error’. What do I need to do? Anyone ever have this problem, please help.

  What is your site url ?

  From the symptoms you mentioned, it is very likely your website is hosted on an external website and we’re able to help only with websites hosted on WordPress.com.

  To clear up any confusion, there are 2 versions of WordPress. WordPress.com is a managed environment different from using the open source WordPress installation. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two, different entities.
