    Jan 22nd WordPress charged me $48 for renewal, and $18 that I have no idea why they charged me.

    I have lost my password and cannot get into my account. The e-mail account it was purchased with was deactivated last October. It is impossible to recover the e-mail with my WordPress purchase receipt, nor do I have two step verification.

    I want to discontinue my account with WordPress and have my money refunded.

    Yeah, about that…I don’t know which statement it is on. I’ve checked PayPal and found nothing. I’ve checked my bank account which was just charged and found nothing. I’ve even checked my credit card and found nothing. Could you at least give me the month it was charged???

    That does not make sense. How do you know you’ve been charged if there is no charge on your bank statement? If the account was charged, there would be an entry on your statement showing you’ve been charged, and the transaction ID appears in the statement descriptor.

    Could you at least give me the month it was charged???

    You said in your original post that you were charged on 22 January. Are you now saying you don’t know when you were charged?

    We have no idea when or for which site or account the charge you’re speaking of is, as you’ve provided us with no information that will help us look up the transaction in our system. All I can tell you is that the account you’re using to post here, newblog21245 has never bought anything from us, and that the amounts you mention in your original post are the amounts for a personal plan and domain renewal.
