  I have a website through, updated my theme, created a Gravatar and now I can’t open my web say 500 Internal Error… I can’t reach WP through the web, because it’s NOT there anymore, you don’t have a phone number and chat only works with a business plan! WTF!! Help!!

  There is no telephone support at WordPress.com. Livechat is available with any WordPress.com plan, not just the Business plan but you do need to be logged in to the correct account (clairesinspired) to access it (and reach your site).
