https gone wrong

    I have changed our website redirect url from http to https before updating our security certificate. Now we can’t access the website admin page to change it back. Tried various phpftp solutions to get access and change it back. Any ideas?

    Your site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another host.

    Changing the domain on a stand-alone WordPress site like yours has to follow a specific process. You can find the documentation for that process here, though many hosting providers have their own process for this via their hosting control panel.
