My name is Joshua Spencer. My telephone number is [REDACTED]. I live in Toronto. I would like to remove the e-mail address [REDACTED] from the account. I am unable to do certain changes to my website as Get Started Books is receiving the codes, etc., via the e-mail address [REDACTED].. Whenever I send Get Started Books instructions to edit, the support team and its Senior Author Coach (whatever her title is), Kaylae Morris, do not respond. I paid Get Started Books $5,000.00 Canadian dollars for what they deemed a Pinnacle Package. Apart from the website, and the one-minute trailer, nothing has been offered that has been mentioned and promised in this package. Whenever I contact Get Started Books Customer support at [REDACTED], no one responds to my e-mails or requests. I also learnt that Dreamhost is the host for the domain at https://joshuaspencer.org I don’t trust this Get Started Books. They are sabotaging in their interactions with me as well as being dishonest and unprofessional. Kindly remove the e-mail address, [REDACTED] as it does NOT belong to me and prevents me from working on my own site. At the same time, Get Started Books does not respond to request to make edits, etc., to the site.

From what I understand, you’d like to be removed as user/editor on the site getstartedbooks.com. Is that correct?
If so, that site is hosted with Dreamhost, not with WordPress.com, and so we don’t have any control over it.If you have any complaints about the site, try contacting Dreamhost directly.
As for removing yourself from the site’s team, maybe folks at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ will be able to help.
