  If you have lost access to your WordPress.com account, you can try the different methods mentioned in the Account recovery support document here: https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

  Once you regain access to your account, you can delete the site by following the steps outlined in his guide: https://wordpress.com/support/delete-site/
