  Wordpress.com sites will show the latest posts by default unless changing the homepage settings to “A static page”. To read more about how to change homepage settings, you can click the following link: https://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/front-page/

  You also have a self-hosted site, which is hosted by Google Cloud Platform and not WordPress.com. You may try and find some help by visiting the WordPress.org forum: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
