  A friend created our site which I had access to at the time. Now the site is wpcomstaging and I cannot access it to change the domain name back to redeeminglovecc1.org. My friend has not had the availability to fix the site and we need to access it. I’m trying to do it myself but I’m not sure where to start. I am an administrator on the site. Thank you!

  The site I need help with is rlc330899290.wpcomstaging.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

  Hi @redeeminglovecc1, can you log into the site associated with the account? It should be the one that gets billing reminder emails.

  Then you can re-add the plan here:
  https://wordpress.com/plans (you’ll need the Business plan with the way the site is set up).

  Regarding the domain, though, that’s no longer in our system, as it’s been quite some time since that expired. You can try re-adding it, but if it’s taken by someone else, you’ll need to choose another name.
