HTTPS / SSL certificates?

  Hello again!

  I have the domain pointing to my self host, got that all going for http://alchemyden.com

  But, when I attempt https://alchemyden.com, no dice. I assume I need to get an SSL certificate from wordpress? Or is this another automatic thing I am jumping the gun for? :D

  I tried a few tutorials for getting WAMP to run via localhost certificates, but no dice globally.

  update: I’ve been able to get certbot (let’s encrypt) to create certs for me, but I’m unable to get them running on my selfhost.

  Just kidding, I’ve been at it for almost 8 hours now and nothing is working. No amount of tutorializing or anything seems to be working.

  I reset back to the default settings and letting http work instead for now…

  What should I do from here?
