Dear Madam/Sir, I am trying to access my website admin’s page in order to set up a temporary forwarding service so that once a client types in my web address they directly rerouted to the new temp site. I have a number of email addresses and the one using (email visible only to moderators and staff) is unable to guide me to my admin page. My other email address (email visible only to moderators and staff) and also (email visible only to moderators and staff) How can access my site at http://www.ThrustFinancialGroup.com? Thank you for your kind guidance. Kian Zarnegar [redacted]

Hi kianzbiz,
thrustfinancialgroup.com is currently using GoDaddy DNS (and pointing to their servers). However, you appear to be redirecting thrustfinancialgroup.com back to WordPress.com — which is why thrustfinancialgroup.wordpress.com is displayed in your browser’s address bar when visiting that domain.
Just to confirm — do you need help logging in to a site you have hosted with GoDaddy? Or do you need help logging in to thrustfinancialgroup.wordpress.com and editing the content there?

Hi, Staff. Thank you for the kind response. I am trying to have the site http://www.ThrustFinancialGroup.com forward to another location once anyone types in http://www.ThrustFinancialGroup.com This is because I have a temporary site set up which looks more professional for the time being. Once I have completed under construction at present http://www.ThrustFinancialGroup.com, then I shall remove the forwarding. So how can I accomplish that? Apparently, my forwarding direction per GoDaddy’s instructions did not work. The other is that I have a WordPress account, yet cannot see ThrustFinancialGroup.com there to make any changes for forwarding! I also can not find forwarding in WordPress! Would you be kind and make recommendations on how to follow my forwarding correctly. The new site I need to forward to is ThrustFinancialGroup.worldstreammall.com. Thank you for your assistance and advice. Cheers.

If you want your domain, ThrustFinancialGroup.com, to take people to a different site, you need to do that by setting up a site redirect with GoDaddy, as that is where your domain is registered.
That domain is in no way connected to WordPress.com – you are having GoDaddy forward it here, but it’s not connected to a WordPress.com site – and we have no control at all over the domain itself, so we cannot help with this.
Also note that we do not support domain forwarding as a method to connect a domain to a WordPress.com site. If you want a WordPress.com site to appear at your domain, the only way to do that is to purchase a paid plan and domain mapping upgrade for the WordPress.com site.
