Hi, Google indicates this website is not private, but it’s my understanding that site owners, using wordpress.com, should never run into this issue. After researching this issue, I’ve not been able to find a resolution. The Google message states, ‘This website may be impersonating http://www.dawnbreakerfarms.com. Thoughts?

That is correct. The error message you see is related to missing (or misconfigured) domain SSL. which is included for all sites on WordPress.com so a site hosted here would not show that message.
The issue in this case is I think due to the fact that dawnbreakerfarms.com is not actually hosted on WordPress.com however. From what I can see the site dawnbreakerfarms.com is hosted on Register.com Web Hosting as shown here: https://gwhois.org/dawnbreakerfarms.com+dns
Based on the error you see it does appear there is an issue with the SSL configuration on dawnbreakerfarms.com but this is handled by the host, so is something that can be addressed by reaching out to Domain.com support staff. The good news is that it should be pretty easy for them to sort out once they take a look.
