I have had a website with you for many years and went into it to update my website from https://www.bctincjeanine.com to the new url https://www.remotebusinesssolutionsinc.org and post a blog. An error message comes up that I don’t have a website anymore and I need to create a new one? I am confulsed and want to speak with customer service at WORD PRESS. How do I reach them?

Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
