  I have been suspended. I have complaint and changed the post that caused the same. Can you please put my site unitedworldsecretarygeneral.wordpress.com online again?

  If your ability to post has been suspended for a possible Terms of Service violation (your above site at unitedworldsecretarygeneral contains many “posts” that are solely advertising-temp screenshots), you need to contact the Terms of Service staff following the link in your dashboard or here https://en.support.wordpress.com/suspended-blogs/

  While you are waiting for their reply, you’ll want to review the WordPressdotcom ToS http://wordpress.com/tos/ which you agreed to when you signed up and the policy on what is and what is not allowed here in monetizing your WordPressdotcom site https://en.support.wordpress.com/monetize-your-site/

  As possible terms of service violations are discussed only with ToS Staff and not in these forums I am closing this thread.
