  ohhh .. my I made a mess.. I am Espen the Viking . my name is espen johannessen and I came to spain with my ADHD and had a story to start tell. namely my way of controlling it. this was back I 2012 when I lived in vera. my then current helper made me this website /blog as a few of and to help me get my story out since I’m kinda a part of his work. now year’s latter I’m well enough to start use it but oppps now I can’t remember my login password or what e mail. I wasn’t all well when this page was made so I forgot about it. help me get control over it .. it’s important I keep it as it is and continue use.   You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard. The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:

  http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/

  * You will have to replace “name_of_blog” with the actual blog’s name in that URL.

  I recommend bookmarking that link or memorizing it.

  You can update your email address here https://wordpress.com/me
