  I run a blog called The Caliverse http://www.thecaliverse.com/ but at the moment when i try to go to the admin page or the website it comes up with ‘error establishing database connection’.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It looks like this is a self-hosted version instead of the WordPress.com-hosted version supported here.

  With that being said, I would check these common causes:
  https://codex.wordpress.org/Common_WordPress_Errors#Error_Establishing_Database_Connection

  If that doesn’t help, you could try searching the WordPress.org support forums at https://wordpress.org/support/. If you cannot find the answer, you can open a thread and include as much information as possible, including anything that has recently changed or what you’ve already tried.
