  I purchased a theme from Wow Themes

  How do I use that on wordpress.com?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello there,

  Third-party themes, such as those from Wow Themes, cannot be uploaded to WordPress.com-hosted sites. However, we do offer over 250 premium and free themes to our users. You can view those here:

  If you absolutely want to use an outside theme, you can create a self-hosted website via WordPress.org. Self-hosted sites take more elbow-grease to build and maintain, but will also give you more design freedom.
