  Hello,
  I am the Director of Community Engagement here at the YWCA. We are considering using Constant Contact, but I am unable to gain access to our WordPress.com account. For that matter, I am unable to find out if we have a wordpress.com account aside from our website. Can you help me sort out the situation?

  You can transfer ownership of a site to another WordPress.com user, but you need the transfer to be initiated by the owner of the blog. Here’s how: https://en.support.wordpress.com/transferring-a-site-to-another-wordpress-com-account/

  Are you able to get in touch with the owner of the site?

  Staff will not be able to give out an email address or any other private information regarding an account due to privacy concerns.
