HubSpot Chatbot Not Working

Hello! I created a chatbot through HubSpot for the URL above, but it won’t appear on the page unless I am signed into WordPress. If I use a different browser or go on with incognito mode, it won’t pop up. I also cleared my cache to see if that would fix it. I’ve chatted with HubSpot to see if it is something on their end, and we went through different steps to try to resolve it, but it still isn’t working. I wasn’t sure if there might be something on the WordPress side that might be causing this to happen, and wanted to see if there were any ideas of what to do to help. Please let me know when you get the chance. Thanks!

For what site is this? I don’t see a URL on your post, and you also don’t appear to own any sites hosted with us on WordPress.com.
If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, it will be better if you ask the WordPress.org community, who makes that software, for advice in their forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
