HubSpot plugin for WordPress blog site

  I would like to install the HubSpot plugin on my blog site. The plugin installation has been described in the HubSpot page – http://help.hubspot.com/articles/How_To_Doc/how-to-install-hubspot-javascript-tracking-code-on-wordpress. I cannot find the Plugin menu in my Dashboard. Could anyone please help?

  If you do a quick search of the forum for “plugins” you will see that plugins cannot be used on a WordPress.com blog. They are only for WordPress.ORG blogs.
