Hubspot Tracking

    I am just wondering if I can possibly connect my hubspot marketing tool to track leads, contact, etc that use my Free WordPress.com blog?

    I have tracking code that can be installed into the HTML. It states to
    ‘Navigate into your external system where you want to place this embed code and paste it directly before the </body> tag in the HTML of your website’.

    However, I cant seem to get this to work and I was wondering if this is possible to do. It does say contact the web developer if needed.

    Could you please tell me if the installation is possible on my wordpress.com blog? If so can you please tell me how to do this?

    Hi @greenlilyhealthwellbeing,

    It is possible to use “Hubspot Marketing Tool” within WordPress.com.
    But, not possible to use it with the WordPress free Plan. You will need to be subscribed to as a Business Plan user. The WordPress free plan has a shared environment where the Tracking code can’t be embedded for security reasons. The Business plan has an independent secured infrastructure where you can install and use Plugins, code, themes, etc.

    Also, the Business Plan has Email and Live Chat to help you personally.
