    Hi there, we have no information about whether Hubspot has any way for you use the WordPress software. I do strongly suggest asking Hubspot if you can use their hosting to create a WordPress website.

    If it is possible, then in that case you would indeed be using the free WordPress software which comes from WordPress.org. It’s separate from us here at WordPress.com.

    Essentially there are two ways to use WordPress, you can either use the WordPress software downloaded from WordPress.org onto a web host (also known as self-hosted), or you may host your site with us here at WordPress.com.
