HUGE batch of orders marked “failure”

A HUGE swath of orders suddenly changed from “completed” to “failed” all at once. Some of them are weeks, even months old. Please tell me what happened to my payment processor. I am going to have a panic attack.

Sorry to hear you are having problems with your site.As the site is not hosted with us here at WordPress.com, the first place to check would be with your hosting provider, which looks like Hostinger.
If they believe there is a specific issue with WooCommerce (if this is the shop plugin you are using) then it’s worth reaching out to Woo support via – https://woocommerce.com/my-account/contact-support/
But I would certainly start with your hosting provider’s support service.

That sounds really stressful. It could be a temporary issue with your payment gateway or a plugin conflict. Try checking your payment processor logs and recent plugin updates — sometimes a small version mismatch can cause bulk order status errors.
