Huge fluctuations in impressions/revenue?

    Hi.

    I was just wondering if there was an error in the payment I was given for this month. I understand that the payments advertisers give fluctuate all of the time because of the market, but I am still a little confused about this month, there is a huge difference when compared to other months.

    I had a record amount of impressions in Jan and got my second least amount of money for it. Did anyone else see this huge drop in their earnings or was it just me?

    Hi there,

    Advertising rates fluctuate constantly. The online ads system is similar to the stock market where advertisers bid in real time.

    Rates are vastly different depending on the country the viewer is visiting from. For example, we’€™re paid in dollars per thousand impressions in the US, but we’€™re only paid in cents per thousand impressions in the Middle East. Unless you have the same exact number of visitors from the same countries every single month, you’€™ll never be able to calculate a consistent rate just by Earnings vs. Impression totals.
