HUGE gap between banner and text (only on mobile)

On desktop, the website looks okay. But on mobile, it adds a very large gap between the banner and text. Is there any coding that will remove the gap on mobile device?

The site looks to be running its own WordPress installation rather than being connected to us via WordPress.com. There’s 2 versions of WordPress:
For help with this site you’ll want to check out the community at https://wordpress.org/support/ I’d also suggest taking a look at any support forum for that theme to see if anyone else has reported a similar issue and how it was resolved.
When making a new post be sure to include what type of device you are using and the browsers that the site has been checked in.
