I need to request a refund for a plan that I have paid for and then canceled. I did my best to navigate the process, but somehow I cannot select an upgrade to be refunded because I already canceled it- just moments ago. I did things backwards on accident. Please, human, can you access my account, and refund me the $99 upgrade fee? I canceled my upgrade but then didn’t see the confirmation email, as I was in between computers… I never used wordpress, because I found WIX (sadly, sorry) I cannot afford to spend $99 for nothing. Please?

I’ve refunded the $99 for your Premium plan. It can take about a week for refunds to appear on a bank statement, but you can find a refund receipt in your billing history here:
