Human support contact info, please

    I’d like to change my billing from annual to monthly, and the AI chat assistant here offers to connect me with human support to help with this. When I say “Please connect me” it tell me human support is only available for paid plans. I say that I have a paid plan, and chat says “I understand you have a paid plan, so would you like me to connect to human support?” I say “Yes” and chat again says human support is only available with paid plans.

    Could I possibly get contact information in order to change my billing method from an annual to monthly, please?

    I have added a modlook tag as this is something a member of staff needs to change. Note that it is considerably more expensive to pay monthly and makes little sense unless you were planning on closing your account within the next few months.
