Hw to report a WordPress user stealing MY photos
-
A WordPress user has been stealing my personal photos from my Facebook posts. These photos were used to link followers to her WordPress acct. Yesterday, following my report of her unauthorized activity, Facebook removed the photos from her posts. However, my photos STILL appear on her WordPress blog.
What steps do you advise I take within WordPress to have my photos deleted BEFORE I post my experience & cautionary tale regarding WordPress bloggers stealing photos from huge gardening groups sites?

First we need to know if that site is hosted on the wordpress.com platform or somewhere else. What is the URL of that site?

Hi Diana,
If the site is hosted with us on WordPress.com, please follow our process at the link below to submit a DMCA takedown notice:
Content theft is a legal matter, so a specific process must be followed before we can remove any content from another site, and we cannot help with this in the public forums.
If the site in question is using WordPress at another hosting provider, you need to contact that hosting provider directly and follow their DMCA process instead – we only have control over WordPress sites hosted on our servers, and have no ability to remove content hosted on another company’s servers.
