I’m really feel sad very sad and disappointedwhat did I do to disabling purchases from my account, I tryed many times to contact them but no one responds..I sent email to billing support and they replied“We reserve the right to limit purchases on WordPress.com sites, so payments will not be allowed for this account. Your site is online, and you may use it on our free plan for as long as you’d like without upgrades.Thank you,”OK I know you have the right to do what you like to do, it’s your company it’s your power we are nothing, but before you till me your rights what about mine? what about my money that I payed you first..? at least till my what I did to deserve that from you.what I did to lose my money, my work and time to build my website..!I trusted you wordpress but you disappointed my.. !so get rich and injoy by my 300$ .. but I will never ever forgive you.

I just checked your account, and I can see that your site is still active with the WordPress.com Business plan, the domain registration for polmarshoes.com, and the Professional Email subscription.
While we can’t help with blocked purchases in the forums, I just wanted to clarify that the site you paid for a year is still live, and you can continue to use it for the rest of the year. Both the domain and the WordPress.com Business plan, and all their features, will remain active until their expiry date.
In other words, the service you paid for is available/active on your site. The blocked purchase prevents you from paying for anything new, but existing subscriptions are not canceled. The Professional Email subscription may not be renewed at the end of their three-month trial period, though, due to blocked purchases.
You will be able to migrate your site to another host closer to the expiry date of the domain/Business plan next year.
Let us know if we can help you with anything. Note that we aren’t able to help with unblocking payments on your account. For that, you’ll need to reply to the email you received from billing support.

my professional email needs renew in next 3 days or will lose it forever how could I renew it without payment method.?
