HYMNCA error & Payment disable

  I tried to upgrade my plan but payment failed 2-3 times because my card was not active for international transactions. I changed the settings in my bank account but there after the payment was disabled from WordPress.
  Please re-enable the purchase in my tab because i want to upgrade my site.
