HYMNCA when trying to add a payment method

Previous payment method would not purchase a shipping label with code AXLZNE.
I cannot add a new different card or the same old card to my account – error preparing new payment method HYMNCA
Please assist urgently.

You should see a message in your dashboard “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.” with a link that will get you to the Payments team directly for assistance with this issue.
