hyper link trobles

I don’t know if anyone can help me, but I’ve created a number of in page links within one of my pages- to organize lists of links- and one of the titles of one of the titles of one of the lists looks like a link (although it’s not linked to anything…) I’ve looked at the html over and over and can’t figure it out. Any ideas?

It’s taking me to the College Guides part of the list lower down the page, because it’s a Page Jump. Is this not what you’d intended?

By the way, off topic and this is meant kindly – I don’t know if it’s intentional (if it is, my apologies) but your spelling of one of those words is incorrect, resources has no ‘a’ in it. :)
