  I changed the icon and sit title on my blog however when I post the link on social media it hasn’t changed. Do I have to wait a while for it to change or is there something I am doing wrong. Also, when I send the link through text or any other way it appears correctly.

  We have no control over the images that Twitter, Facebook or any other social networks chooses to display or when they choose to flush their image caches. We really only send them the URL of the post, and they hunt through that for the excerpt and images to include.
