hyperlink in footer shows wp-image next to own image
-
Hello, I succeeded in putting a hyperlink to Facebook in the footer of my pages, by editing the theme-footer code in footer.php (I use an own adaptation of the twentyten theme). I added the following link command:
<br />, which works fine. See http://www.karrekoor.nl.
Now the footer shows the image stated in src=, but to the left of that there is a wordpress-logo visible, which also acts as a hyperlink to my facebook page.
The same hyperlink in the main text of a page does not show this effect. What to do to get rid of the wp-logo? -

That did not help either. The command simply sets a href to https://www.facebook.com/groups/230346100429981/, with the image in https://www.karrekoor.nl/wp-content/uploads/2022/08/facebook-button.png as source, and a height of 22
