hyperlink not working

In the last few days, my hyperlink button has stopped working. I have had my blog for several years now and have always added links to other blogs, etc. and now suddenly when I use the hyperlink button it either asks me do I want to navigate away from this page or redirects me to the all posts page. I cannot operate my blog and I am rather annoyed that I am not getting any feedback despite several requests. I have updated about a month or so ago to a paid account and am very disappointed that I cannot get an answer to this problem.

Inability to add links using the Visual editor has appears to be an issue that erupted 2 says ago and is affecting some bloggers. https://en.forums.wordpress.com/tags/can039t-add-links Some have tried using Google Chrome and that worked for them. Some have tried using the HTML editor to insert links and that worked for them. Staff is aware of the issue. You can use the HELP link on the top right hand corner of your Admin page to contact them with.
I don’t know what you mean by
a paid account.
I have been here for over 5 years and all we can purchase are specific upgrades for specific purposes which are listed here.
