Hyperlink not working

  I’m managing ctkdelafield.org and can no longer get a hyperlink to show up on a page when I’m inserting media.

  Here’s what I’m doing.
  1) edit the page I’m working on
  2) edit the text within the page
  3) click on insert media
  4) click on upload media tab
  5) drag the media (a pdf document)
  6) click insert into page

  Here’s what happens: non-hyperlinked text appears in the edit text box.

  Solutions I’ve tried:
  1) two different browsers (chrome and internet explorer)
  2) reboot computer
  3) two different times of day
  4) renamed the document
  5) recreated the document

  Please advise. I’ve done this hundreds of times successfully.
