  Can I attach a hyperlink to my website on the main template. So that people can click on the link and be taken to my actual website.

  Create a custom menu on your free hosted WordPress.com blog.
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/
  Add the custom link for your website to it.

  P.S. If what you want to do is redirect this URL http://4orm.wordpress.com/ to another URL that’s a no go. It’s deceptive linking practice (sneaky redirect) and it’s not allowed.
