I want to post “Article A” before “Article B.”
But I want to hyperlink “Article B” within “Article A.”
In other words, is there a way to hyperlink “Article B” within “Article A” before I post “Article B?”
Furthermore, can I edit an article after I post it?

As every title is embedded in a post URL along with the date one can easily determine why the URL will be. Yes, you can edit an article after you publish it. http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/edit-posts-screen/

Does the url change after I publish an article?
Right now I am hyperlinking Article B within Article A, but I have not published Article B yet.
After I publish Article B, will I have to change the hyperlink to Article A because the url has changed after I publish Article B?
