I’m using Firefox Quantum (FF57) and it’s working well for me. Which browser and version of it did not work for you please?

Internet Explorer 11. I also have Firefox 57 but I do not get the option under selection that allows me to scroll through my previous blogs. Will try updating Internet Explorer again.

Internet Explorer 11 (IE11) is the last version of the Internet Explorer web browser by Microsoft. It was officially released on 17 October 2013 for Windows 8.1 and on 7 November 2013 for Windows 7.
If you are running windows 10 then you have the Edge browser built-in.

No I use Windows 7. In Firefox the URL does not get applied to the scrip once I click on the apply arrow. Will try walking through the other suggestions you posted.

Hi there,
I tested this in IE11 on Win 7 and the link button works normally for me.
Please try the steps @timethief listed above, and if none of that works, please upload a screen shot of the supportdetails page to your media library and let me know so I can take a look.

I did try the steps that were suggested. On the Internet Explorer settings I did not make any changes except to allow pop ups, then when I went to my blog this morning and attempted to insert a hyperlink the popup box did appear. Not sure if it was relevant since It randomly stopped working and I do not have a clue if previously that box in settings was marked or not.
But again thanks for all the input and I am happy once again. -
Ah, great job spotting that. Strictly speaking, blocking pop-ups shouldn’t block that box – it doesn’t on other browsers – but IE might handle this a bit differently. However, you should be able to enable the pop-up blocker, and just add an exception for WordPress.com as well, as for the most part blocking pop-ups is a useful feature :)
