Hyperlinking from another forum?

  I’m a member of several forums and would like to put a hyperlink in my signature that points to my blog. However, “copying and pasting” isn’t working. These are vBulletin-type forums.

  You need to be asking that in those forums then. This is not a vbulletin help site.

  sheesh would harm to give a bit of advise

  For forum signatures i use a website called SigFeeder, they integrate my recent posts RSS feed into a signature, so all of my recent posts aare shown. Clicking it links to the blog.

  Their website is http://sigfeeder.com/

  They’ll give you two seperate codes, one is the standard HTML code and the other is the BBCode. One of which will work for you. Here’s what mine looks like:

  HTML Code

  [url=http://tiamatsreviews.animeblogger.net/][img]http://sigfeeder.com/f/49.png[/img][/url]

  BBCode

  <a href="http://tiamatsreviews.animeblogger.net/"><img src="http://sigfeeder.com/f/49.png" /></a>

  Even if you don’t use sigfeeder, the above tow codes have everything you need to make your own, just change the sigfeeder bits for your own.

  The problem though is that with vb, it’s up to the forum admin on if they allow bbcode or html or both. Also if they allow sigs. That’s why I told them they had to ask the forum admin as we don’t know what is allowed.

  And you got teh examples backwards. ;)
