  why are hyper links no longer available? i used to be able to hyper link and now those buttons are greyed out. help….thx.

  Please search the Support docs and the forum before posting questions on standard features. In the Visual editor, the link button is always greyed out when you haven’t selected any text. First you type the word or phrase that will act as the link, then you highlight it, then you click the link button and paste the URL.
