Hyperlinks
-
Hi, after saving my post and previewing it, some words are transforming to hyperlinks (I can’t paste a screen shot here). When I’m hovering over them, it reads ‘Click to Continue by u1505’. I’m removing the hyperlinks and re-saving but the hyperlinks are coming back.
I also noticed that as I was reading the Support page in WordPress, some words transformed into the same hyperlinks as I was reading them. I use a Macbook air and based on my understanding Mac’s don’t get viruses (I’ve been using a lot of airport and hotel wifi connections recently due to travel). Help!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Macs get viruses too. The issue you describe can be created by malware, adware and viruses on the computers and browsers or on computers.
These sites have further explanation and suggestions for eliminating the hyperlinked nonsense:

NOTE: What you see is could be a virus, but more often it is due to a browser extension or toolbar that you may have installed in your browser. Shopping sites, games, etc. are full of links that when clicked cause this issue.

Thanks, when i clicked on the first link below, i saw an app called MacKeeper, I’m downloading it but i’m now chatting with a representative who wants to sell me a license for 38$.. do you know of MacKeeper and would you recommend them?

NO DO NOT BUY IT.
Go to the Apple help desk and get help there. As well, disable ALL browser extensions. Then re-enable them one at a time until you see the error again. Then you know which one is doing it and you can delete it permanently.
