Hyperlinks for certain words

  Hi, I’m new to WP, just finding my way around, I’ve had a website made for me, and 3 certain words have a hyperlink to them in all the 20 posts. Is there a way of changing this link for all the posts or do I have to edit each post and each word individually.

  The URL is http://clickbankwealthy.com/, the 3 lots of words linked are customer, affiliate business & affiliate site, I have manually changed 2 posts but thought there must be something else I could do.
