Hyperlinks in Big Brother theme are not marked

Hello,
The hyperlinks in the default Big Brother theme are not distinguished in anyway from the normal text. Is this a bug or is it supposed to be like this?

Hi,
The default palette has various shades of blue for the background and text links. You’ve evidently changed to the optional free gray palette at Customize > Colors & Backgrounds. The text links with that palette chosen are light gray, to contrast against the darker gray background colors.

Thanks for the answer. If the links are light gray then they are identical to the normal text, which is also light gray. The brightness in my screen is set to the maximum and I still cannot see a difference. I wonder if the designers ever tried this? Can they see a difference?
Please fix this bug. I like the grey-colored theme and I would like to use it. Thanks for your efforts.

Hi there,
The link color is a slightly different shade of grey, but I see what you mean about it being very close to the regular text color. The color palette you’re using is designed to be darker and more subdued, so I can’t promise it will be changed — that said, I mentioned this to our team so they can consider making that link color stand out more. Howdy!
Unfortunately, we can’t set a light gray color that stands out from the darker text, and still have it be readable against the white background, and we can’t make this change without it affecting all other users of this theme.
We’ve added a new Featured Palette in a Dark Aqua that might work better, and offers better contrast between text and links.
