  Hi,
  I try to upgrade my blog to the premium plan. When I try it, it doesn’t accept my credit card on both here and Paypal. What can I do ?

  I can see errors in your account that indicate PayPal is blocking the payment on their end, so you’ll please need to contact them to find out why and to have it resolved.
