  Whenever I try to use my card it says that it was declined or that there was an error and for me to contact support.

  I’ve taken a look at the account and there are no hindrances with regards to making a purchase here at WordPress.com.

  You would probably need to reach out to the bank to make sure everything is ok with the account/card in use.
