HYTFSI error, I can't pay for my order

    Hello,
    I just signed up on WordPress. I am trying to pay for my order (domain + host) but the message appears: “The transaction was declined. Please try another card.” (Visa).
    To cope I tried to add a payment method to my profile, but when I click on “Add payment method”, the message “Error while preparing to configure the new payment method. Please contact assistance with the HYTFSI error “appears.
    Can you help me ?

    I have try to make that purchase again. Unfortunately the payment was again refused and the registration of my card too.

    Hello,
    Yes it was the same error message for the payment of the order. On the other hand, for the registration of the means of payment, the card was refused again but the error code HYTFSI no longer appeared.

    To cope with this refusal, I tried to pay with another debit card. It functioned. So I no longer have a problem.
