  I am waiting still to get the promised “email” that confirms my intent to delete my blog. Does this come immediately or does WordPress try to keep my on by never actually sending the confirmation email? Anybody else have this problem?

  Have you checked your spam.junk mail folder in your email program? I’ve flagged this thread for Staff attention.

  The email is sent to the address set at Users -> Personal Settings in your blog’s Dashboard. Is that up-to-date?

  I have indeed checked my spam folder and continue to monitor it.

  I realize the email is sent to the address in personal settings. It is up to date.
