  I accidentally created two wordpress sites with the same name. How do I delete one?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Site titles can be changed and do not have to match the URL. What are the URLS starting with https:// of both sites that you registered?

  both are “businesspartnerships101/wordpress.com”

  However, one has a main heading of Left Bank PDX (my intention was to create a separate site with a different name, i.e:

  Site 1: Left Bank PDX was supposed to be LeftBankPDX/wordpress.com (a travel advice site)

  Site 2: Business Partnerships 101 was to be BusinessPartnerships101/wordpress.com (advice on creating and maintaining a business partnership).

  Now both sites are: businesspartnerships.com. One of them I just upgraded to a “premium site for $8 a month and neither shows as a premium site.”

  URLs are unique and two sites cannot have the same URL.

  https://businesspartnerships101/wordpress.com

  https://leftbankpdx.wordpress.com doesn’t exist

  In my account, I am showing two sites: both are listed as BusinessPartnerships101/wordpress.com

  When I read help, it says if you delete a name, it can never be used again. I’m afraid deleting the duplicate will kill the name entirely.

  1. businesspartnerships101.wordpress.com

  2. businesspartnerships101com.wordpress.com

  Take a look at them both in your browser. Let me know which one you’d like to continue with. Do not delete anything as timethief already mentioned.

  It appears you have already eliminated one. However, the one I want to keep is the first one with the mountains in the background.

  I haven’t removed anything from your account.

  When you sign in to your dashboard, do you see both sites listed under “My Sites” tab from upper left corner?
