I accidentally deleted a domain name I want back

  I used a domain name and somehow deleted it but would like the domain name back for my blog. Can I recover it somehow?

  shanofthehour.wordpress.com is no longer available.

  The authors have deleted this site.

  Deleting a site permanently deletes both the site content and the site address. This is explained all along the deletion process and in the final email in which you had to click on the link to delete your site.
