  I am trying to start a photography website so there is nothing. Is there anyway to keep the URL but completely start over?

  Take a look at these steps to restart your site: https://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/

  Make sure you do not delete your entire site, or you will not be able to use the URL again.
